Mythological tales of Jamaica say Mama Wata, that there is a water spirit that resides at the base of the Lagoon, and she heals. The deep blue captivates and pulls your curiosity while serving as the basecamp for our next Venus Voyage in Portland Parish of Jamaica June 27 - 30.
Our journey begins at the water's edge with hand-crafted artisanal body care products and rituals. Quiet contemplation in a lush sea of emerald and fresh & flavorful Jamaican fare restores the weary traveler.
This retreat is crafted with a balance of restorative practices, such as swimming in mineral rich water, yin yoga, and heart-felt nutrition and adventurous practices such as kayaking, and snorkeling with neighboring marine life, think coral reef and sea turtles!
This invitation to slow down, create new connects, and attune to nature is a lasting one. You see yourself glow a brighter, depart lighter, and carry tools to spark joy as you re-enter your reality anew.
Your Guide
Amanda, an artist of alchemy and healing, was born with a deep affinity for travel and nature. As a certified yoga instructor, sound meditation guide, aromatherapist, and certified herbalist, she has led group events in the United States and in France, centered around meditation, beauty, and movement.
This retreat is uniquely special as this will be the first retreat hosted in her ancestral homeland of Jamaica.
