This retreat location is tucked in the Jamaican jungle facing the majestic Blue Lagoon and idyllic beaches like Winnifred beach. Water is abundant on the land of wood and water—Mineral Bath Springs, Frenchman’s Cove beach, and Monkey Island are all in close proximity and make our excursions from the property especially unique.

Our cozy and stylistic accommodation is a villa known as a respite for creatives in the middle of the Jamaican rainforest. Our humble home away from home features an outdoor pool with ocean views, a sauna, and a private beach access to host our beauty rituals.

Traditional limestone exfoliation and channeled Gardenia body oil accompany our water rituals throughout this retreat. Optional restorative massages will also be available on the beach.

Pilates and gentle yoga will be held daily waterfront by a local Jamaican duo specializing in mindful movement and holistic wellbeing.

We’ll explore Jamaica’s rich cultural landscape with a visit to a local turtle sanctuary, a hands-on coconut oil–making experience, and a stop at the island’s original Jerk Center.
