Mythical tales of Jamaica speak of Mami Wata, a water spirit said to dwell at the base of the Lagoon — she is a healer. The element of water is the guiding force of this voyage, which offers a harmonious balance of restorative practices — such as batheing in mineral-rich waters, yin yoga, and heart-centered ceremonies — and adventurous excursions like kayaking among vibrant marine life, including sea turtles and colorful coral reefs.
THE LOCATION
It is facing the majestic Blue Lagoon and a short five minute drive to idyllic beaches such as Frenchman’s Cove & Winnifred beach. Water is abundant on the land of wood and water - Mineral Bath Springs, Somerset Falls, and Pellew Island are all in close proximity and make our excursions from the property especially unique.
